After Laurie experiences a terrifying tragedy, there’s only one butch to call. Jo and her friends know what no one else does: men are turning into monsters, and it’s up to them to keep the world S.A.F.E. But when Laurie joins the fold, everyone bites off a little more than they can chew.

We Need More S.A.F.E. Spaces for Women! is a DIY horror-comedy short co-created alongside Rochel Goldman. It had its East Coast premiere at the Videodome monthly film festival in Brooklyn, New York in May 2026.
